1. Japanese Cheesecake - Ever wanted to try Japan’s world famous jiggly cheesecakes? Now you can make it happen with your Kyowa rice cooker:

Ingredients:
• 1 cup cream cheese(200 g)
• 2 eggs
• ¾ cup pancake mix(70 g)
• ⅔ cup heavy cream(150 mL)
• 2 egg whites
• ¼ cup granulated sugar(50 g)
• butter, melted
• powdered sugar
Procedure:
1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, egg yolk, and pancake mix, whisk using a hand mixer until fully combined.
2. Add heavy cream in two parts, whisking well in between.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk egg whites until firm peaks form, then add granulated sugar in three parts, whisking well in between.
4. Gently fold egg whites into pancake mixture in three parts and stir until fully incorporated.
5. Grease the rice cooker bowl with melted butter and add cheese cake mixture. Cook for 70 minutes.
6. Once cooked, turn the cake out onto a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar. 7. Enjoy!

2. Country Style Ribs - Who would’ve thought that you can actually cook delicious meats like this with a rice cooker? Now you know! Learn how you can make this savory recipe for your next meal with the family:

Ingredients:
• 1 slab of Pork Baby Back Ribs
• 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
• 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
• 1 12oz bottle dark beer
• 2/3 cup Thick & Spicy BBQ Sauce
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Procedure:
1. Place olive oil in the bottom of your rice cooker bowl and heat.
2. Pour 3/4 cup packed brown sugar into a bowl and coat the ribs well. This will help create your caramelized sauce at the end.
3. Once coated, cook the ribs until browned inside the rice cooker.
4. Add any remaining brown sugar as well as the beer, BBQ sauce, and Worcestershire Sauce. Mix well with the ribs to let it absorb the sauce.
Secure the lid and press cook.
5. Once the rice cooker sets the ‘Keep warm’ function, let it stand for about 15 minutes in the sauce or until the sauce has thickened.

Ingredients:
• 2 cups Glutinous Rice Flour
• 1 cup Rice Flour
• 1 1/2 tbsp Ube Powder
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 3/4 - 1 cup Water
• Margarine
• White/Brown Sugar
• Sugar Grated Coconut
• Banana Leaves
Procedure:
1. Prepare all the needed ingredients.
2. Mix the glutinous rice flour and then the ube powder and salt, mix it well.
3. Add water, mix it, then knead for 5 minutes or until it looks like dough.
4. Grate the puto bumbong dough.
5. After that prepare the Banana Leaf and then grease it with margarine.
6. Add the puto bumbong mixture and then assemble the mixture.
7. Steam it for 15 minutes and brush it with margarine.

Ingredients:
• 200 g dark chocolate roughly chopped
• 200 g unsalted butter cubed
• 4 eggs
• 4 egg yolks
• 200 g caster sugar
• 150 g plain flour sifted
• 50 g cocoa powder sifted
• icing sugar to serve
• Cooking oil
• ice cream to serve (optional)
Procedure:
1. Place chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl. Place a bowl over a pot of simmering water, then slowly melt the dark chocolate and butter together. Stir occasionally to ensure everything is melted. Remove the bowl from the heat and leave to cool for about 10 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, whisk 4 eggs, 4 egg yolks, and caster sugar together until pale and thick. Add the chocolate mixture and whisk to combine. Fold through the flour and cocoa powder with a spatula.
3. Remove the inner rice cooker bowl and lightly coat with cooking oil. Return to the rice cooker and pour in the cake batter.
4. Cook for 50 minutes.
5. When the cake is ready, remove the inner bowl from the rice cooker. Place a plate over the top of the inner pan and flip the cake out. Place a serving plate on top of the cake and flip again.
6. To serve, dust with icing sugar, and serve with ice-cream.

Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 tablespoon garlic minced
• 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
• 1 cup white wine
• 4 pounds fresh clams cleaned
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1/4 cup chopped herbs such as parsley, chives or basil
• herb sprigs and lemon wedges for garnish (optional)
Procedure:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the butter and melt it.
2. Add the garlic and chili flakes and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
3. Add the white wine and bring to a simmer; do not boil.
4. Place the clams in the steamer tray, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover the tray, then simmer for 7-9 minutes or until clams have opened. Discard any clams that are still shut.
5. Stir in the lemon juice and herbs. Serve immediately, garnished with herb sprigs and lemon wedges if desired.
